Do you secretly yearn to write more, but lack the motivation or inspiration to start? Are there too many distractions at home? Would you like to tap into your creativity with ease? Then this writing group is for you!

Come join us for Wine & Write at the Hunter Artisan Gallery, kicking off on the 12th June 2021! Flex your creative writing muscle in this fun and supportive writing group.

Each week, you’ll be given a series of fun writing prompts and exercises, plus plenty of time to expand on a piece of writing at the end of each session. We’ll also cover some creative writing theory and explore tips and tricks to make your writing ‘sing’. You’ll also receive a glass of wine plus your own cheese platter – yum!

Each three hour workshop involves two hours of practical (writing exercises and prompts) and one hour of basic creative writing theory. Each week you will be given a homework task, so you can continue to write between sessions. By the end of the three weeks, you will have built up a considerable body of writing, that you may wish to extend in a short story or book. Please note that this is not a critique group and you will not be required to share your writing with the group, unless you would like to at the end of the session.

This workshop is suitable for beginners/intermediate writers, and especially writers who are wanting to develop more confidence and adopt a more regular writing practice into their lives. What better way to spend a Saturday - wining and writing! Yay!

Includes: Glass of wine/non-alcoholic beverage and your own cheese platter.

Limited places available, so book in early to secure your spot!
